+ -1 moreAll work and clean up went well. We have 22 brand new windows and was unnecessarily worried about spattered paint but all windows taped and covered and not a spot on them. I only have one critique that I wanted to mention. With the work necessary on the house and peeling paint and some rotted boards, there wasn't much scraping done. It was written as minimal scraping in the contract but I wasn't specific on the areas that should be scraped and pillars on front of house, that could have been scraped because they were obviously peeling (and on the front of the house), were just painted over. But the house looks good, and hope it gives us at least 10 years with 2 coats of Sherwin Williams.
Description of Work: Fair and honest,, 2 coats of paint, and primed and repaired where necessary of 2100 sq ft home with separate garage. Professional, on time, full days work. We went away for 2 weeks and work done during that time. We were in contact while away, but only enough to hear of progress. Felt safe with the house in their hands and neighbors around to keep an eye out. They did an nice job |And would hire them again!
