Adirondack Home Inspection Services, proudly serving the residents of New York state. I am a New York State licensed home inspector and a member of the International Association of Home Inspectors. I adhere to the New York State Home Inspector Code of Ethics, and Standards of Practice. WHAT MAKES ME DIFFERENT from the pack of local inspectors is my unique and comprehensive experience. I spent over a decade renovating homes so my knowledge is deep and first hand. Checking off items on a checklist is important but I am able to put observations into context because I have done the work. My years as a licensed real estate agent taught me that the best inspectors offered honesty but also perspective. Communication is vitally important. My breadth of knowledge stands behind every inspection.
