To start off with the positives, my garage door was fixed. The problem is that it cost about 4 times the quoted price. This would be understandable if it was due to scope change (e.g. repair required more extensive work than initially thought) but that wasn't the case. The quote was exceeded simply having the repairmen drive to my house. I understand the workers have to be paid while they are driving but my address was given when I asked for a quote and should have been included in the estimate. For some reason they couldn't purchase the ~$50 part based on my description or pictures so they charged me ~$300 to perform an inspection. Their office staff are either incompetent or dishonest if their quote is exceeded simply by their workers coming to the job site and I wouldn't do business with this company again.

This company is great. They were on site within 20 min of appt time. Tech knew what he needed to do and got the repair finished in good/ reasonable time. - this is an excellent company to work with.

THEY WERE EXCELLENT AND THEY WERE VERY GOOD. WE HAD NO PROBLEM WITH THEM AND IT WORKS. I KNEW THE PRICES OF OTHERS AND THEY WERE THE CHEAPEST AROUND.
