The owners were knowledgeable and helpful. The prices were reasonable and product was ready on-time. The quality of the components were generally average to poor. They would fail shortly after being put into production. After checking the manufacturer of the components, I found that they were very low end. The company would replace defective components, but it did not reflect well on their product.

AIT did a great job. I do not use my computer for work, so the time I was without it was not costing me. I would use them again and I would recommend them to anyone needing computer repair done.

Overall good service...was a bit slow in delivering so we picked up the new computer and the "sav" notebook ourselves. Prices were reasonable and initial response time was very good.

THEY WERE REALLY NICE PEOPLE. THEY BENT OVER BACKWARDS TO MAKE US FEEL COMFORTABLE. THEY ANSWERED OUR QUESTIONS AND THEY WEREN'T ANNOYED WITH THEM. THEY DELIVERED ON TIME AND WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. I LIKED THE SERVICE.

THEY ARE GOOD AT WHAT THEY DO, UNFORTUNATELY THEIR TURN AROUND TIME WASN'T VERY GOOD. THEY TOLD US THAT OUR COMPUTER WOULD BE DONE AT A CERTAIN TIME ONLY FOR US TO FIND OUT THAT THEY HADN'T EVEN STARTED WORKING ON IT.
