Rich Brady is a convicted felon who completed misrepresented himself as an experienced contractor. He left me and other customers high and dry when he violated his parole and is running from the police. Since then, I had other contractors come in to estimate his work and what is needed to complete his job. NOTHING is useable and everything has to be redone. Contractos actually laughed at his sub-floor and skim coating-which was done totally wrong and not at all how it needs to be done. While it is doubtful that RICH BRADY will do work again under the company-beware of his scam. I hope the State Police catch him and throw him in jail for a long time. Be on the look-out for this incredibly unprofessional person.
