Mattresses
My wife and I had purchased a mattress and box spring from The Mattress Firm about two months ago from Debbie Zapp, the sales rep. She was very helpful in the selection of the bedding. However, the set was not exactly what we needed as my wife kept getting hip pain in certain positions. We returned to the store and Debbie was again very helpful in us selecting another mattress and box spring set. There was NO problem in returning the original set and Debbie made a potentially trying experience a pleasant one. She is a wonderful representative to the company and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this firm/Debbie to anybody who is interested in purchasing a new mattress. In addition, the men who delivered the set were punctual, friendly and set everything up the way it was supposed to be set up.
