It went well,  until a couple of shingles fell off,  2 weeks later and nails popping out of gutters that were removed.  there is a 20 year warranty on labor and lifetime on shingles.  the only problem is,  you have to get someone to come out and repair the shingles.  I repeatedly e-mailed the owner, (rob) he ignored me for a month,  then he answered me in dec,  2013.   Said he would send someone out and never did.  I e-mailed again in may 2014 (a couple of times) he answered and said he would send someone out. (still didn't happen).   I e-mailed again in june 2014,  this was his answer<   "I'll get out to your house Friday if possible but no later than Monday (e-mail to me on june 10,  2013. I have not seen or heard from rob and now,  I will have to pay someone to make the repairs and he didn't leave me any shingle to make repairs,  so I don't know, if I can even match what blew off.   rob,  is a good talker,  but did not carry thru on repairs and a 20 yr warranty isn't worth anything,  if you can't get it honored.
