They were wonderful. We would use them again. We had them twice. The insurance covered that.

They were good for they were professional about what they are doing, and their work is very courteous. They answer questions of what we had, and I highly recommend them. They came in, packed up things, did cleaning, and store up for my whole house. They did it last July 27 and the price is low.

Seeing as there was NOwater on the floor, (it drained as fast as it flooded!) , we should have had our son mop it. I had asked that one or two areas, unaffected by water, be ignored. They did them anyway, and charged for every square inch! In my opinion, this outfit is designed (and priced) for commercial use, not homes.

They were very good. We did not spend anything on the service because it was covered by insurance. It was about 48 hours and they were very efficient. We liked that they were very professional, everyone was very friendly and they knew what their job was and they did it very effectively. Their ability at performing the work, their punctuality, and communication was perfect. Everything was perfect.
