They could have had us spend pointless money on doing exterior plumbing to fix a clog in the sewer line, but they noticed just how out of code our plumbing was. They combined both outgoing sewer lines leaving our basement and used that opportunity to bring our plumbing back up do code too. To me that was a demonstration of their concern for the customer over their own profits. They were also ethical in their pricing by not charging us for something they missed when the inspector came by.

Everything went wonderfully! We were redoing the lighting in our entire home. Mike came in for an estimate and took about 30 minutes going through the house with us and considering options. He gave us suggestions for the types of fixtures, number of recessed lights and even places to look at/purchase new fixtures. We had several people come in to give us estimates and Mike was the most thoughtful and helpful by far. Once we had chosen all the new fixtures Mike's crew came in and worked in the house for three full days. The crew themselves were pleasant, considerate and thoughtful with everything even explaining what they were doing to my two toddlers who had many many questions. When all was said and done they had installed 18 recessed lights, three ceiling fans, replaced 5 fixtures and rewired several outlets. The work was all done efficiently and beautifully! We are very happy with the work and would definitely hire them again.

It went very well considering we had to find the right model to replace a very old vent and then fit it into the same opening, not an easy job. The foreman was top notch! Everyone at Twin City was very helpful. Will be calling them in the spring for more work!

So after my negative review on Angie’s List, without notification,my driveway was cleaned today, 3 business days after the job. Alls well that ends well.

Excellent. They were prompt, on-time, thorough.

It went great. Two guys came for the job, I didn't get their names. They explained that they had trouble finding the issue for the living room outlet because a lot of the wiring in my house wasn't done correctly. Eventually they figured out the issue, corrected it and also showed me what the issue was and explained it for me so I could understand. They also offered to fix a separate issue that was found outside (while trying to figure out the outlet problem) but explained that it would be costly. I appreciated this because we discussed the merits of the work, whether it needed to be done, etc. They didn't try to convince me to have anything done I couldn't afford while also making sure that the wiring was safe and not a danger. As for the outlet upstairs, this was also explained to me why the second floor was receiving the power that it was. We discussed options and they ended up replacing the GFCI because a) it was extremely old and b) the reset button didn't even work anymore. I do feel the service was expensive because they were only there for 1.25 hours but, at the same time, I don't have experience in what electricians cost and I would rather pay more and feel safe than get a cheap price. When I asked another homeowner friend, they agreed. They thought the price was fair.

The job was completed as scheduled. Mike coordinated with electricity and gas companies and the town people.

From the initial contact, call back, estimate, and electricians finishing the work, it is all now DONE perfectly within 24 hours. I don't know if their schedule can always allow completion that fast, but they are definitely worth waiting for anyway! I do a lot of work around the house myself and only looked for a professional because my family was coming to visit from California in a few days, and I was running out of time. To my astonishment, as a picky know-it-all do-it-yourselfer, I have absolutely nothing to complain about! At a fair price, Twin Cities Electrical service was worth every penny. They are now the only electricians on my phone contact list, and I will call them before I even consider doing it myself. They are up to my ridiculously high standards.

When the owner of this company came out to give me an estimate, he was very professional and knowledgeable; which made me choose this company. I am pleased that I did, as his workers did a great job today! They were very polite and respectful. They patiently answered all of my questions. My property was also left neat and clean. They didn't even charge me for replacing the light fixture. I will be hiring Twin City Electrical again, as I will be needing to have more electrical work done in the future. I am very happy with this company!

Went very well, very professional & considerate of our time. Cleaned up & carted away the old panel, lighting fixture, cartons. Very pleasant, too. Would recommend them to friends & family.

Mr. A ( I think his name was Aaron) was very knowledgeable about codes and educated me by giving detailed answers to my questions. Very Punctual, professional and fast worker.

Mike responded immediately to my service request, and scheduled an appointment. Two of his employees came to the house and were punctual, friendly and courteous. They answered my questions while making the repair, and took a look at my vacuum cleaner which had been tripping the same breaker that the dining room light was on. After they had finished, Mike called to be certain that I was happy with their work. Excellent follow-up and customer service, which has become rare!

They were amazing, prompt and profeesional. The thank you card follow up didn't hurt either!

very well, the young man was punctual and did an excellent job. He even took the old lights to the curb for us. He checked out an out side electrical out let on the porch that was giving us problems. It was a very easy fix, and he recaulked the box, no extra charge. The owner Mike Murphy called after the job was done asking if we were satisfied with the job. We highly recommend this company and will definitely use them for any electrical jobs in the future.

The guys at Twin City were great. Quick response time; work was scheduled within a week. Good communication. Work was completed in less than a day. They left the house the way they found it and made sure to clean up (they even emptied the garbage can they used). They also bolted down the cover on our panel, which was not on the original estimate but was much appreciated. I would call them for future work.
