We agreed on planting 10 Juniper trees. From day 1, they planted them not straight on the line and the trees didnâ  t look healthy. My husband inquired about that, they said give them time and they will look better. And since then, we had to complain about the trees turning brown and not looking healthy. They kept promising thatâ  s a shock when you first plant them and they will become green with the time. Sometimes they said cut the brown branches and we did, sometimes they said clean the huge amount of weeds that was around them( idk what kind of dirt they put growing too much weeds?), and we did. Theu were asking about the watering instructions and we followed what they told us to do. Now we lost at least 4 trees that I canâ  t look at anymore , they became totally brown. . They (red rose landscaping)stopped answering us and they always try to connect me with the wrong department instead of the owner. I had to put claim through the attorney general office. They are bunch of liars.

I used Red Rose for the first time this year for snow plowing and sidewalk clearing. They went above and beyond my expectation. They were prompt and thorough. I emailed a special request to the office to help clear a mattress that had blown onto my sidewalk. They cleared it within an hour or so. I will be a repeat customer.

We have used Red Rose Landscaping for lawn services, yard cleanup, landscaping services, and snow removal. They provide excellent customer service and do a fantastic job. I am set up for my spring clean up and a lawn repair in the front of my house. Red Rose never disappoints. I have been impressed by all the staff they have sent here to care for our property. If you are looking for a phenomenal service, I recommend that you hire Red Rose. They treat your property as if it was their own.

Had them for years and provided many referrals. Requested fall cleanup which was supposed to be done in October. When they finally showed up, I had to call them back two more time to complete work. They also cut wires on solar lights and pulled out perennials they must have thought were weeds. This company has gone downhill in the last few years and I will not be contacting them again. I requested an adjustment to which they gave me $50.00 off the original estimate but calculated the tax on the original bill not the discounted bill.

Red rose landscaping did an amazing job installing our natural stone patio and we couldnâ t be happier! We were super impressed with the professionalism of the project managers Damian and Matt. I watched them work several days in between conference calls and couldnâ t believe how meticulous they were throughout the project to ensure an amazing final product. They were respectful and accommodating to many changes my wife and I wanted to make at the last minute. And there were quite a few! We will have additional work done in our yard and without hesitation utilize red rose again. Thanks

The workman did an excellent job of pruning and shaping our front shrubs. Very pleased with how they look.

Reliable service on a narrow Kenmore driveway. Just wish the machine that they use could get closer to pavement.

They completed my job this morning and they did a phenomenonal job. The workers were friendly and worked quickly. The only reason for docking a half star is because their communication could be better. They scheduled the work without talking to me about the date or time;if I had not emailed them I wouldn't have known and I had the supplies they were to use. Other than that, no complaints at all. Highly recommend! I couldn't be happier with the final product!

Paul immediately will handle any problem.the men working for him are very professional.They are quiet,Courteous,hardworking,.They sodded my front lawn last year and I have had multiple compliments.They are the best.On time,work areas are left clean ,sweeped all in a day.

The crew arrived on time & worked steadily til 4 when the project was finished. Then they cleaned up & you would never know they were there. They were polite & professional the entire time & everything looks great. I will hire them again for future projects.

I'd recommend them to anybody! They are a well established, on time company, and exactly what you would expect out of them. When they leave, they always finish - they never have to come back the next day! Much satisfaction!
