I brought our computer into the location on a Thursday as a walk-in. They gave me a quote and said the computer would probably be done by the close of business on Friday. They recommended that I call on Friday afternoon to check on the computer. I called and the computer was not done quite yet. It was done by 5pm.

The wireless connection to the internet was disabled for unknown reasons, and the computer was running extremely slowly despite a recent upgrade from dial-up to DSL. The folks at Quad-B fixed the problem in about 2 days for a very reasonable fee, and the computer is now running fast and perfect.
