On the afternoon before a planned 500+ mile trip (each way) in my extra large van, the check engine light came on and the idle was running very high. I stopped by the mechanic that had just done some work on it and they couldn't get to it promptly to even tell me what might be wrong. So I stopped at another neighborhood garage and their bays were too small to accomodate my vehicle. They recommended Neal's (thanks to Joe's Service for the referral). I called, they agreed to take me that morning and made the repairs with great speed at a great cost and were really nice too! We were on the road by 1 pm and had no trouble at all! I will definitely be a repeat customer.
