it sucked we have a three car garage and they would only plow out one of them and leave a tone of snow in the driveway and the approach of the driveway was never cleaned properly and when you call then they never return your call or even come back to clean and mess they made or fix any damage we are going to find someone else due to how bad they plow

They are very good. They're reliable, they're on time, and they're very good. They are going to be removing the snow this winter. They are either the same or better price wise than anyone else in that particular market than anyone that I know of.

They weren't always really quick to get my driveway plowed. Also had to ask them a few times to plow out the spots a bit better too. The office staff is great though.

When they arrived, they did an acceptable job of clearing the snow.
But I never knew if they were coming at 7 a.m. or, in some cases, 2 p.m. On one occasion, I missed half a day of work because I was stuck in my driveway. 
We all know that last winter was unbelievably long and there were record breaking snowfalls. And I'm not an unreasonable person. Which means I might not have even been angry that I was forced to miss work, if only someone from Cudeck had called me to let me know there was going to be a problem.
They never called. All season long. I checked my phone and as far as I can tell, I called them over the 2014-2015 winter plowing season 15-20 times to inquire about their whereabouts. (This includes one morning when I furiously dialed them eight times in a row and received now reply). I never made contact with anyone. Not once.
Lest you think I am a crazy person, I would like to tell you that I never once raised my voice, issued threats, used unprofessional language or made unreasonable demands. I let them know I was seriously unhappy, but I just wanted my phone calls returned, and I just wanted to know when they were going to plow my driveway at 2 p.m. instead of 7 a.m. Never happened once.

When there has been very little snow they have been okay.  When the snow totals are over 4 inches or more they have been very late in coming to clear it.  In addition, they are completely unresponsive when called.  I left them messages on at least 3 different days and have not had a call back yet!  Also, they pile the snow on the side of the driveway that the town plow will just come by and put back into the driveway.  I'd have thought people who get paid to remove snow would understand that concept.  And they don't seem to understand or feel obligated to pay attention to the fact that after it stops snowing the town plows still return to fill in the end of the driveway.
I purchased this service for my mother who has a heart condition and should not be attempting to do this work herself.  If I did not live an hour away I wouldn't have hired anyone.  But at this point I think it would have cost me less in gas than to pay Cudeck.
I am extremely disappointed and sorry that I chose this company.

They are awesome and they are the best landscaping company I am have used.

I saw what a good job they did on my neighbors property so that is why I contacted them. I have had other services in the past that I have been dissatisfied with due to punctuality and job performance. NA Cudeck is very reliable and I am very satisfied with their service. They have additional services available if interested. The snow removal service was excellent even though we did not have much snow last year. They did not did up my lawn and the snow removed was spread out and not piled up in a mound.

They plow my property in the winter and take care of my lawn in the summer. I am happy with their services. They are absolutely great.

N A Cudeck Limited is easy to work with. We've used them before, and they've always had great ideas. We compared prices, and he is very reasonable compared to others.
