Computer Repair
Paid $75 (not $35 as quoted to me) for diagnosis Mother board was problem. For computer professional with equipment, should not cost more than $35. Tried to pressure me to pay $150 to get data from hard disc and put on CD. A complete rip off. Hope no one falls for this. Kept tower for 10 days before giving diagnosis of problem. Would not honor quote of $35.00

Joe was very professional. He called to let me know he was running a little late and his approximate arrival time. He worked quickly and efficiently, trying many different approaches to make the drivers load for my printer. The problem was bigger than first anticipated, but he remained calm and friendly throughout the process, explaining what he was doing as we went along and answering my questions as well. He was eventually successful.
