MR SWEEP MONROE

Company was one of the lowest estimates I received. The house is very high with a steep roof and this seemed to inflate the price of everyone's estimate. This company completed the work in a timely manner and from what I can tell from ground level it was repaired as promised. I am basically satisfied with their work, I had hoped I would have found a place to do the work a bit cheaper, but taking into account the danger of climb, probably was a fail price.

They did very little work and what work they did do was done badly. I tried for the longest time to reach them on the phone to reschedule them to finish the work but they never returned any of my calls. The one time I did get hold of someone from the company they promised to come back. They never did.

I felt like Mr Sweep Monroe did a bad job on sealing the crown for my chimney. I am not impressed with the company's job. I wouldn't have known unless I went on the roof and checked it myself. The people who did the work weren't friendly at all.

Mr. Sweep Monroe finished the job in only one day. The crew was efficient, punctual and clean. The price did seem a little high.

I only waited about a week for my appointment. They arrived on time and got right to work. The crew was friendly and efficient. They also cleaned up everything when they were finished.

It seemed like it was $100 for 25 minutes of work. The worker from Mr. Sweep had some type of electrical vacuum system with him that made the job get done quickly. They were also very careful not to get anything in my home dirty, which was nice.
