Very prompt service. Good communication regarding the work to be done. Rugs arrived back in great, clean condition. Price was what I expected and was worth the services that I received. I would definitely use them again.

We have used them for 30 years. They are very good, and other people I know have used them feel the same way. We have no problem with any of the service. We moved from Florida up to here, and it's the first time they have been cleaned in awhile. I looked at the bill and noticed they hadn't been cleaned in 7 years. The price was lower back then, and over time the prices had gone up. They are always here when they say they are going to be here. They always bring them back with no problem. The guy that picks them up and takes them out is an older gentleman, and I don't know how he lifts the big ones, they are very heavy. He's always very cordial and we have no problem with him at all.

I would use them again. If we don't replace our carpeting or take it up to have the floors done, we're going to need to have our carpeting cleaned here soon.

excellent customer service....friendly & knowledgeable sales people.  I had them before and I will use them again. No hidden charges; the amount I was quoted was the amount charged minus the coupon I used.  Also, my room dimensions were still in their computer from the last time I used Master Rug Cleaners.

The turn around time was wonderful and the price was great.

They used steam to clean the rugs so there were no chemical smells when they were done. They were excellent. I will have them come back every 6 months.

Did excellent job at more than reasonable price

It was a very positive experience. The gentleman who came to give us an estimate was professional and friendly. He warned us in advance that a few of the stains would be impossible to remove. (We assumed this was the case since it was more of a discoloration than a stain.) The people who came to clean were courteous, thorough, and punctual. We have no complaints and will use this service again. They did such a good job on the living room carpet that it looks new - and we won't need to replace it as we thought we might.

Master Rug picked up my rug from my entryway--I did not need to be home. Although initially they had said it would take a week, it was ready in about 3 days. Promptly returned to me and put in my living room. All the way around it was a great experience. Here's the kicker--they sent me a thank-you note! It was like a mint on my pillow!:-)

Arrival time was scheduled for between 10:30 and 11:00 AM and the crew arrived at around 10:55 AM. The were very nice people. They were efficient. The pricing was good and affordable.

There was a bit of confusion because of the sectional which had been estimated to be one sofa plus one loveseat but really is more like two loveseats plus a connecting piece. This was understandable. So double-check if you have odd-shaped furniture to be cleaned and make sure that the crew knows which pieces are to be cleaned at the outset.

We did let everything dry overnight but it has been extremely humid here recently.

The carpet and the sectional are gorgeous. We are very pleased with the service and the price. The company called us today to see how things went and if we had any complaints. We made sure to call them back because we were so pleased.

They were a few minutes late which was not a big deal to me. They got right to work. The workers were very professional. I especially appreciated that I got a discount because they would not need to move any furniture. They did go under the tables and couches, just didn't move them. This was a great deal for me because the areas that really needed it were right out in the open. The price was extremely reasonable. They were done in about an hour after doing four medium sized rooms. It took a little longer than I expected for the carpet to dry. But, it's a thicker carpet, so I understood the extra time to dry. Overall it was a great experience and I will be calling them next time I need a great carpet cleaner. Highly recommend!

The job was professionally done. The carpet looked new after the job was complete. We would not hesitate to use The Master Rug Cleaners again.

Master is great. We used them years ago to bring an old oriental rug back to life. They came highly recommended to us. They do great work and they really know what they're talking about and doing.

They did a great job and there were no problems. They were on time, friendly, and made sure to answer all of our questions. The work was fantastic. They also do rug cleaning hence the name, but they are awesome at installations as well. I was very pleased with them and the price was reasonable.
