And a special shout-out to Cameron, whose professional finishing touches truly set this experience apart. Our sump and bubble system was put on schedule right away and installed flawlessly. Mark's Plumbing Inc have done outstanding and phenomenal. I've used them for 3 projects now. Everything they do is completely on time, the price is fair, and the guys they have sent over both have had great personalities and clean up after themselves. Their workmanship is uniquely done, they always get the permits, get the inspection done, and let me know how it turned out. Mark gave me a general overview but I didn't know until the guys came to the house that day what was going to get done. Mark's Plumbing Inc is by far one of the best companies I've worked with throughout this entire remodel process. The price is extremely fair.

He was punctual but it felt like a bulldozer came into my house. It went from a sewer line replacement estimate to a new waterline, hanging sewer, and moving my gas meter. More than I was looking for.

As stated it above, it went great.

MARKS PLUMBING INC. was excellent. They cleaned up the mess. It was just perfect. When you tell them its an emergency they are right there for you. Their prices are very reasonable. They are very neat. They refused to let me clean the mess for them in one area. They were very good and I was very impressed.

My rating on Mark's plumbing ranges from A to F and here's why.
He is usually responsive (A rating), however, his and quot;bed sideand quot; manner is rough (D rating for customer care). If you're prepared for this, you'll know how the conversation will go.

As for estimate/price - he gets a grade of F!. I felt his estimate was fair, but he refused to return the $430 he charged me for re-landscaping in the Spring, WHICH HE NEVER DID. Long story short, the local gas company ACTUALLY did ALL the landscaping and the owner of Mark's Plumbing, Mark, stated that he wasn't going to return the money for the work that he did not do - AND HE DIDN'T!!! I made several calls, but he still refused to return the $430. He had no right to that money ($430)....unfortunately I had PREPAID him for that part of the job (re-landscaping) and he DID NOT do the work and should not have kept money FOR WORK HIS COMPANY DID NOT DO. BE FORWARNED - DO NOT PAY HIM FOR ANYTHING BEFORE HE DOES THE WORK. I have ALL the paperwork to prove what I have stated. He ripped me off and since YOU asked for my experience, I am more than glad to help you WARN OTHERS!!!! I have warned anyone who has asked to NOT PAY HIM UNTIL THE JOB IS COMPLETELY FINISHED!!!! I will NEVER hire him or his company again. I realize I could have gone to small claims court to recover the $430. however, I am already working 3 jobs and just couldn't risk taking time off to deal with filing and court. Mark's plumbing definitely got over on this homw owner - and I say 'shame on him!and quot; Just be forwarned, so it's not a and quot;shame on you!and quot;

I had a small flood in my basement a few days ago. I could not figure out what the problem was. Was told to have the main drain snaked. Unfortunately, finding the outside vent was an issue. Called Mark's Plumbing, as he comes highly recommended by my sister and brother in law, and he is licensed in Cheektowaga, which is a must in this town.. and I was preparing for the worst.. digging up my yard and my street to fix this main drain issue. I called and made an appointment for the following day. Two of his guys were at my house the next morning - at the exact time they said they would be. They fixed the problem in less than an hour. They showed me everything they did and why they did it. It was a great learning experience for me! I will definitely use them again in the future as well as recommend them to anybody in need of a plumber.

I found it was very difficult to schedule an appointment. My job was pushed several days which caused a bit of difficulty with scheduling time off of work to be home. When they did finally arrive they were 2 hours late outside of their stated window they would arrive. The tech arrived onsite and was unable to unclog the line. He ran their machine through the line from both sides. After that did not work he suggested that the line would have to be dug up. I thought he gave up fairly quick. The tech was very young- possibly early twenties. This is the second time I used Mark's Plumbing and in both cases, they did not clean up after themselves.

Marks Plumbing sent two young boys to do the job. It was way overpriced. I called the owner about the price and he wouldn't work with me at all. $334 for the amount of work that was involved is outrageous.

The job took a few days to complete. Marks Plumbing showed up on time. This is a good company to work with. I have had no problems since.

This was the kind of an emergency situation where we needed them to come out right away. Marks Plumbing was at our home in an hour. They were friendly and explained what needed to be done. They took care of the problem and did a good job.
