No response! This has been going on for 3 months. So dissatisfied

Overall, a nice garage at a good price. Sub-contractors (electrical and concrete) were on the expensive side whose work was ok, but not great. Construction is built to code. The owner is on the job and is also the person who writes up the contract. Contract details are loose at best, however, the owner is open to you clarifying details in writing. Communication is adequate. When you get to speak to the owner, he is pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable, but very busy. Framing quality is good. They will use off color and/or split lumber. (Other more expensive contractors will pick through to use the best pieces, but you pay for it). If you are patient, not picky, don't want to pay for a contractor's overhead and looking for a good value, KCM is worth considering,

I waited over 4 months to have the garage built. As the contractor explained, due to the Snowvember storm, they were backed up with orders, and sometimes were delayed further due to inclement weather. I had to be very very patient. 
It was worth the wait. I have a beautiful garage, and the entire process took about a week for completion once the concrete pad was poured and cured. Two months later, the structure itself was completed in one day....building, siding, roof, completely finished. Several days later the electrician arrived and totally wired it. The last step several days later was the garage door. When it was all finished, it was so beautiful. 
I must tell you the owner and his workers are very respectful, and if I ever called for any updates or information, the call was promptly returned. I would highly recommend this company if a customer is looking for a garage or shed.
