They came out when they said they would. I was so used to inept service, this was such a pleasant change from Reimer Heating and Cooling.They deal with Carriers, so they knew the air conditioner well.

A friend of ours had a Generator installed by this Company so we called them for an estimate. They came when they were suppose to and mailed an estimate within a few days. They were not only the most reasonable but they never asked us for any down payment. The other estimates we received all wanted 50% down to cover the cost of the generator and they were all 5K plus for basically the same job. They performed all the work in one day. The generator wasn't working correctly and even through it was getting late, they stayed until they figured out the problem. A faulty fuse in the generator itself that was shipped from the manufacturer. They cleaned up all the mess and came back in a couple of days with a new fuse and it works great.
