Shaun gave a very good estimate on 3 separate roof projects.
I had a complete tear off of a shingle roof and two flat roofs.
All went well until the tear off on one roof.
The pitch was draining towards the house . Water seeped in and rotted the underlainment..
Five star gave me a price to correct the drainage problem.
Out with the old roof and new decking was installed.
The new roofs now drain correctly away from the house.
The roofs are now installed correctly.
