George & his team were wonderful from start to finish. They are kind, friendly, timely, meticulous and thorough.They did things the right way and made our old home look fresh and full of life. They were a pleasure to have around and they did a beautiful job. They were worth every single penny.

.George was the first to give me an estimate. He was prompt, immediately available and the weather was good. Since his estimate was fair as well, I had him do the work and called off other painters that were to come for an estimate.
He and his helper came as planned for 2 days and did a good job. George himself is excellent and obviously very experienced, his younger mate was OK. All in all I am satisfied with the paint job as it looks now. Of course winter will tell!

George and Josh were great! They cleaned up at the end of every day and kept their equipment out of the way as much as possible. They would even drag my garbage and recycling bins back from the curb! The deck, which had been mauled by carpenter bees the year before, and was poorly built to begin with, could now withstand hurricane force winds, a termite attack, and pass code to boot!

Service was top notch..job well done..one issue- is that some extra's were painted by the crew to compliment the house and trim not at the request of the homeowner.. when the home owner asked if three other small items could be painted then there was an additional charge...feel that the extras that were done without request was a decision that was made by the painting crew and when the crew was asked to paint an additional small mail door, pipe, and wiring to electric meter box there should not have been such a sizable increase to the bill.
Only other concern is that there was not an attempt to contact homeowner at the end of the job to avoid sticking of windows with new paint.
Otherwise happy with work that was performed..Would use again. Would make sure any end of job issues were fully addressed prior to acceptance of bill.

George was excellent! He did a fantastic job, took his time and did things right. His prices were more than reasonable, and he kept us constantly updated. We had a lot of wet, humid weather while he was working, otherwise I imagine he would have been done a lot more quickly: he wanted to make sure the job would last. Our house looks beautiful and stands out in the neighborhood. Scraping, Priming, and Painting were all done with the utmost care and professionalism. I would recommend him to anyone.

They both did an outstanding job, including caulking everyehere that needed it, even replacing a piece of siding that fell down a week ago, all within what I thought was a very fair price (that included a 10% senior discount). He came out promptly to do the estimate and got to work the moment the weather allowed. Both guys used interior standards on exterior work. They didn't even step on a flower. The trim hadn't been painted in many years and it required a lot of prep work.
All in all, an outstanding job and I would never hesitate to call him again or recommend him to a friend.

George and his helper Daryl completed the job within a week and a half and was only delayed by a couple days of rain. The workers were extremely neat and paid attention to detail. I was very pleased with their work and also had them do some minor interior repair and painting. I will definitely be using George again in the future for additional interior work.

This is my first experience using Angies List. I had several estimates for the project but this contractor came when he said he was going to, and took his time explaining exactly how he would address the various issues. He corrected me when I said I wanted it painted. He was honest and told me that pressure treated lumber would peel if painted and that stain would be the best choice. (All but one other contractor thought painting was just fine.) The written bid was very competative and very detailed. Since I wanted two colors used, he integrated them in a manner that created a design that is just beautiful. When the men came to do the job they worked nonstop and without any fanfare. I have never had such thorough cleanup by any contractor, ever. The deck is gorgeous and Geroge's eye for detail is priceless. I am thrilled. I will definately have this gentleman back to work on my many indoor remodeling projects.

They finished the work yesterday. I would recommend my friends and family members to hire them. As a matter of fact they are going to start work in my neighbor's house because of the good work they did on mine. The owner himself Mr. George Richardson was here every day. He had one or two helpers. He did all the work himself. He knew what he was doing. They did lot of extra things I didn't ask them to do. He is a great guy. It was the expensive estimate I've got but it was worth it. They only missed the days when we had a lot of rain. They cleaned up before they left every day.

The owner is George Richardson. I have used him as a handyman not as a painter. He was recommended to me. He did the work for me at a good price. His price was good and I highly recommend him. Most of the work in these old Buffalo house is not easy. He is a good worker. I will use him again.

It went excellent - George worked around the weather best he could - big job that he plugged away at every day, even when the rain was falling he found other things to do (work on scraping, wood repair, etc.)
