Custom Maid Cleaning

"Previously, you were using us on a weekly basis then you changed to bi-weekly basis. Your bi-weekly rate was $110. You then requested that we come on an "as needed" basis. Due to the change in service and the lapse since your last service, your Fall Cleaning rate was $180 and included all woodwork, interior windows, as well as all regular cleaning for all three floors. I also looked back in our system to see how many cleaners were sent every time we cleaned your home. I found there were two occasions when a group of (2) were sent. On those occasions, another member was dropped off to them to help finish the job, as they were right around the corner. All other times, a group of (3) or (4) were sent. The average time spent remained consistent. We still have you listed as our customer and would certainly like to help with any of your cleaning needs. And your current bi-weekly rate remains at $110. Your remarks were very positive regarding our services and you were satisfied with our work. I really hope that you reconsider."
