All the girls that came worked very hard and did a great job.

Colleen met us at the house to do a walk through and give us an estimate. We received the estimate via email on Sat and the work was completed in 3 hours by Tuesday afternoon. Punctual, professional and friendly service.

We used this service for a while, quite consistently. Unfortunately, we had some medical costs that caused us to have to cut back on leisurely spending. Colleen has been very understanding about this and has been willing to work with me as I can afford it. We had a little glitch in price changes but the issue was addressed immediately and professionally. There were some increases in their pricing scale, which I understand is necessary for the company to stay competitive in their main cleaning cities; but it is a little expensive in my area when compared with other services. I do not think other services can compare to the job Custom Maid does, however, so one has to weigh the pros and cons. Thankfully, Colleen has been very fair working with me on price, given my circumstances. Again, the girls are professional and do a very nice job cleaning fast and effectively.

What Custom Maid did to my rental unit in the amount of time they had was phenomenal. watching them work has revolutionized the way i look at house cleaning. i would without a doubt or hesitation recommend them to everyone!

They are on a regular basis of every four weeks. I highly recommend them!

Sara is the owner of the company. She is good. She is expensive. She is not expensive. You can use her monthly, weekly, by weekly, and however you want. She does almost everything you want her to do. I will hire her again. It's her daughter and two three girls who work with her. I have been out of the house and in the house when they have worked here. They do really good job. I would use her in the future.
