Cipriano Realtors were nothing short of amazing!  The entire staff is extremely professional and always treated my wife and I with respect no matter what types of homes we wanted to look at.  Most importantly, they sat down with us to understand what we were looking for to make sure we used our time wisely looking at the right types of homes.  Second, when my wife and I didn't know exactly what we were looking for in our first home they provided very professional and non-partisan feedback to help guide us in the right direction.  We never felt pressured to buy until we were ready and felt very confident that they would stick with us until we found the right place.  By the end they knew what we wanted as well as we did so we could walk into a house and know together within less than a minute if it wasn't right for us.  The dedication to understanding our needs helped to build a trust that is not common in today's fast paced, immediate gratification type society.  

The team was extremely proactive in finding us homes before they would go on the internet (Zillow and other sites) so we could get a first look at them.  The market was extremely competitive and they were very good about making sure we did not miss out on a single opportunity.  The realtor would arrive early to EVERY house and walk through quickly to know what we were walking into and prepare us accordingly.  

We were so happy that it brought us back to Cipriano to sell our first home and upgrade to a larger second home.  The relationship was not taken for granted.  We had the same meeting to understand our new needs and budget.  Once we were both comfortable defining our needs we went back out on the trail to look at houses.  We had the same great experience the second time through.  

Start to finish Cipriano Realtors was amazing.  They held our hands all the way through negotiating the sale price of our current property and the one we were interested in buying.  They have great and reliable contacts at local mortgage lendors, housing inspectors and almost any contractor you could imagine to provide quotes on repairs if ever it comes up in the process.  Buyers and sellers often overlook a Realtors extended network of contacts when buying a home and directly after when you need work done.  Cipriano has been around for a long time and has built great relationships with vendors in the area to help you with any issues you may have AFTER you buy.

In short, I would recommend Cipriano to everyone!

It was a good experience. She was really good about in letting us know early so we could get out seeing them. She was prompt with many years of experience. I really like them but my husband was having mix feelings so we are torn in between. I would say yes, I would use them again.
