Buffalo Window Washing

.I bought a Groupon for $79 for cleaning 40 windows.  I had an "appointment" in late July. A gentlemean called saying that he would be out to clean the windows.  He never showed up, never called, and never emailed. I called the number listed on caller ID and he said that his car broke down and that he would call me again. I made many  appointments online, called numerous times and had no response.  Finally, I called Groupon and they said they would contact the company.  Apparently, they were unable to make contact either because they issued me a refund after a week. I found the company's actions rude and unconscionable.

I used a Groupon and scheduled my service online.  I received a confirmation via email and was scheduled for 11AM 8/28/2013.  Between then and 2:30PM I left a number of messages, always got the recording that they would get back to me within 24 hours.  No help at all when I am waiting for them to show up. 
I also sent emails.  It was extremely frustrating, annoying and disappointing. 
Then they sent me their standardized response as if they had actually done the service - actually showed up
and did something.  Talk about poor organization and lousy customer service.  Requesting my feedback for a service not
provided was just adding insult to injury. 
I sort of thought they might at least contact me somehow to apologize but they have not. I doubt that I will ever hear from them. 
Why should they bother trying to make amends to a very disgruntled person who tried to be a customer, but never again.
