A great idea - Excellent ! Delivery & pick-up were on time & easy. Rented High Chair, Stroller, cribs & mattresses, Bouncer, Box of toys. By providing all these items at our house, we saved our chidren the trouble of loading up their car with all the "Grandchildren Necessities".... and wouldn't you know - out of the whole box of toys, the one thing that fascinated the kids during their 3 day visit, was the building blocks (lol)

This whole experience was quite possibly the best baby rental experience I have ever had. I have rented in larger areas and it has been tough but Eileen made the whole process so easy. I noticed they didn't have a bottle warmer available and when I inquired - they added one to their inventory. I also needed a pack and play COMPLETELY last minute since the airline did not allow us to take ours on the plane. She was able to get the pack and play delivered with the rest of stuff within 1-2 hours notice. Her response is so quick and so progressional and the rates are very reasonable. If you visit the Buffalo / Niagara area and need baby gear - there is NO OTHER solution. I will use them as long as our little one needs gear.
Description of Work: Buffalo Niagara Baby Rental rented us baby equipment for a visit to our in-laws back in May, 2015. We rented a high chair, toys, a pack and play, bathtub and bottle warmer.
