I have mixed feelings on these guys. They were absolutely wonderful when I had to have my German Shepard put down, very kind and compassionate. Unfortunately, when I brought my new pup in a few months later, the story had changed. He had to see two vets and they still didn't have a good idea of what was wrong with him. I felt like I did a better job with google than they did with their advanced degrees.

I have always gotten professional service. They do offer a senior package that includes additional tests for health problems. These tests are not included in a normal exam. I have been taking my pets here for about fifteen years.
