Quick response to phone call. Courteous, punctual, professional. Striving to get the job done properly even when the backyard patio ended up needing more material than previously estimated. When the pumping was done, he ran a hose to check that the slab was sloped away from the house.

It went well.  He drilled a few holes in each block and forced closed cell foam underneath the concrete to raise and level the sidewalk.

Very punctual and friendly. My patio looks like new.

The requested job was completed as discussed during initial estimate.  All within a pretty quick timeframe. 
The aftermath however was somewhat of a mess due to the injection material being sprayed
in a few different places on my steps and walkway.  Carmen had noted that right away that same day that he would come out and powerwash to clean up the mess.  He did as promised within 2 weeks (after one reminder call) however the stains remained on the steps.
I sent an email to him indicating my frustration with the way the job was left.  Carmen rectified the situation by coming back out and painting my walkway and steps with a very nice concrete paint that both covered up the mess, and actually made my front porch much more aesthetically pleasing to the eye.
'The level of follow up and service made this whole expierience worthwhile.  After dealing with other contractors in the past, I was afraid that I might not ever hear from him again, however this was just the opposiite.  Carmen made sure to follow up after he had painted to see what I thought.  He even left the remaning paint behind so i could finish off my landing.`

I called Mr Bravo early May 2014, because our deck and area surrounding our pool were looking dirty and neglected after years of cleaning them with our own small pressure washer. Mr Bravo, the owner, came to our house soon after to discuss our options. We decided on power washing with hot water if needed. He gave us an estimate. We postponed sealing and possibly staining to next year.
Complicating his work this year was an area in need of masonry repair and plantings around the pool. The masonry is another story, but I was concerned that bits of loose brick would end up in the pool during the power wash.

We agreed that the power wash would be done in June, after opening the pool. Unfortunately our pool needed some more work than expected this year, so that I had to postpone the concrete work. Carmen was more than helpful and easy to get on the phone, so we finally settled on today. Carmen came early, as requested and brought a very good helper "Danny". They worked hard and by early afternoon the job (including a concrete stairwell) was done. No brick and little other dirt in the pool! I am happy! And the whole area looks much better. All the equipment including truck and trailer looked professional and was in good working order.

He showed up on time and was very professional.  He went out of his way to squeeze us in before winter which we really appreciate.  He did an excellent job.  The driveway was in pretty bad shape before the work was done and the end result looks great.  I would highly recommend this company and we will use them again in the future.

Carm was amazing.  Very personable and friendly!  He is a man of his word.  Several of my neighbors plan to use his services, now that they have seen mine.

I have had my large stamped concrete patio sealed twice previously since purchasing my home.  Each time the sealer appeared hazy and the color was inconsistent.  I contact Carmen to restore the color and condition of the patio.  He was very responsive and explained exactly what he would recommend to correct the problem.   We decided to have him do the work as he was very knowledgeable and spent the time with us to describe the process.  He ultimately did exactly what he said he was going to do.  The patio turned out better than we had anticipated and we will be calling him again when it comes time to reseal it.  Carmen takes pride in his work and truly knows concrete restoration.

First, Carmen is very responsive, detailed in his explanations and very nice. He returned my phone call right away and came right out to do an estimate. In addition, he sent me photographs of other jobs he had done. I have often had calls go un-returned when I called for quotes so I was pleasantly surprised by how responsive and professional Carmen was.

Due to weather, the work was delayed until this past week, but Carmen stayed in touch with me regularly since his initial visit in March.

Carmen was here when he said he'd be here and he got right to work. He power-washed all the concrete, skim-coated the step and then sealed the walkway. He came back 2 days later and stained the step. It looks like new! He covered the surrounding areas with paper and painters tape so there isn't any splatter or mess where the work was done. He also cleaned up the brick next to my step and it looks like new!

I was very happy with Carmen and would not hesitate to hire him again. I would recommend him to anyone .. he is hardworking, responsive and overall, I thought the price was extremely fair for the time he spent here and the great job that he did!

The company owner performed all the work.  He arrived on time and completed the work when he said he would.
My driveway and sidewalks had become mildewy and grey over the last twenty years and were looking quite dingy.  Especially after I had two cracked sections of the driveway replaced.  
The driveway looks great - it is a noticeable difference.  It still isn't as light as the new parts, but they blend together much better now.
Also the sealant is interesting.  You never know it is there until the driveway gets wet and the water beads up.

Service and quality of work was above average.  Owner is very knowledable and throughly explained all options.

I called Bravo and requested information about his sealer and process over the phone.  He spent a considerable amount of time with me on the phone explaining everything.  He went over to my house the next day and gave me an estimate.  I obtained two other quotations.  Both of the the other quotations were a bit less money but the sealer that he was offering was a superior product. 

Carmen from Bravo took great care in getting our driveway (which is only 2 years old and has never been sealed) very clean before sealing our driveway.  He took his time, didn't rush and went over a few areas that had heavy tire marks several times.  The driveway looked brand new again when he was done with the cleaning.

Carmen then allowed the driveway to dry and then applied the sealer which once the sealer was dry immediately beaded up on the driveway.

Carmen was very courteous and pleasant to speak with and spent a great deal of time explaining his process and product to us.

Carmen clearly takes pride in his work and product and I would highly recommend Bravo to anyone.

It went well. The temperature was near 90 degrees but I never had the feeling he rushed any of the steps. The result was very good and we have received several compliments on it.
