He had to send the job out so it took about 4-6 weeks to be complete. They could have been more specific with time frame expectations because they kept thinking it would be done soon and then it wasn't. That was slightly frustrating, but I don't blame him because it was a custom order that involved a lot of work. The quality was wonderful! The prices are on the high-end, but again it was a custom order. It was well worth the wait because I absolutely loved the outcome. The total cost was $4-5,000 and then the set was appraised for around $7,000.

Both the product and the service were excellent. Their clerks are very attentive and eager to help you select the perfect gift. Unlike many the jewelers, they did not try to "upsale" or have us purchase items we did not want. I did a lot of comparative shopping before going to Birzon's. Their prices were better than most we found . . . and the quality was always much better.
