Kitchen and Bathroom Remodel
What was supposed to be a two week job (his estimate) went on for a month and half. They cut tile inside the house, so tile dust was everywhere for 6 weeks. They tracked grout through the house, scratched hardwood floors with careless handling of toilets, vanities, etc. The grout work is sloppy: full of cracks and lumps of grout. Badly fitted tile work is "hidden" by thick grout. Towel bar was inserted on wrong side of tiles, so the bar had to be cut to about 8"...can't hang a towel on it! Suspended ceiling pieces in one bath fall regularly. Workers came at irregular times, spent lots of time on the phone handling other work problems and left at odd times.
