I hired her, she cleaned a couple times. She cancelled on my through a text. She brought a teenager to help her abd wanted me to pay her double.

"I cleaned for Lisa a few times and there were issues with pay. I did not receive all of the money that was owed to me for my very hard work and she in turn cancelled cleaning on me via txt the day of. I received pay for 4 hours of work when her house had been cleaned for 9 1/2 hours that day by myself and my employee (two girls both working separately for 4hrs 45 mins) . I also was completely understanding and told her not to worry about it took the money for 4 hrs of work and was cancelled on the day of for the next cleaning. I will never work again with a new client with out a contract being signed again. As for my punctuality and professionalism I would not have clients of five years if I wasn't good at what I do and was not professional. I go beyond the call of duty when it comes to cleaning and also help my clients with things that generally would not be done by a house cleaner."
