Great, they set up the alarms and they work well. They took over the stereo from a contractor who was a disaster and did a great job fixing his mistakes

Amazing, Christy was one of the best customer service people ever. From the first meeting, to her finding the right person to install my alarm. She was friendly, prompt and courteous. 

I had the alarm installed when I was not home, however when I got home everything was as neat as I left it.

Christy sent a thank you card, with a present to appreciate me as a customer. She recently called me just to follow up. Truly she rocks, and knocked everything out of the park. Their company gives out a lot of bonuses if you refer them and is always keeping their customers satisfied. I really can't thank her enough. I will continue to utilize this company. I am extremely satisfied and this company truly gives me a huge piece of mind every time I leave the house.

They were very pleasant and accommodating.  We had an issue with our previous provider and the Advanced Alarm staff handled the situation professionally in order to get it resolved, with little inconvenience to us.

It went well from proposal all the way to training me how to use the system. I was very happy with the professionalism and accuracy of the Estimator and the Installers. Since installation i have had a few questions here or there and calling their office to get them answered was an easy task.

We went to visit Advanced Alarm at their 1407 Niagara St. address in downtown Buffalo. The owner spent over an hour discussing our needs in order to be certain that we were purchasing the correct system for us. He explained how the system worked in as much detail as we could absorb. He then came to our home to evaluate the situation and was cognizant of our special requirements. He adjusted the plans to include those special needs and agreed to install the security system within several days, which was done. The two technicians spent about six hours installing the security system, some of which was hard wired and some of which was wireless. The head technician did a superb job of explaining the operation to us. He left written material for us to read. I could not have been more pleased with the performance of these technicians. My overall opinion is exceedingly positive. I would recommend this company to anyone interested in home security.

Advanced Alarm Inc. was excellent. They were very professional. I am a very fussy customer, and am very specific with how my work is done. He did it perfectly. I highly recommend him.
