As everyone who owns a home knows, finding a contractor who is reliable, punctual, and efficient is everyone’s dream. Usually, we are grateful if they just show up or return a phone call within 72 hours. So I just have to say that I have been blown away by Prime American home improvement (PAHI). I have had a truly amazing experience working with Rafael Cruces, the heart and soul of PAHI. I have had a number of projects that accumulated over years for my very old house. As we did our first walk-through he took careful notes and made suggestions that revealed not only great technical know how but a creative side that reflected great aesthetic sensitivity. Within a few days of our start date, when we went up to see if things were progressing, we were amazed to see a crew of five workers, literally inside, outside and on top of the house, tackling a number of different issues simultaneously. . As the work progressed, solutions were found to problems that appeared to have none, such as creating a gutter along a roof line that was thought to be too close to an outside door. To make a long story short, PAHI was remarkably efficient, competent, and did what they said they were going to do in a timely manner. It was always easy to communicate with them, they would consult with us regarding any questions they had and their attention to detail was remarkable. They did a very beautiful job and were even able to get it done sooner than anticipated so that the house was ready for guests who were coming from abroad. Rafael himself, besides being very affable, is very conscientious, responsible, sensitive, and quite artistic. Easy to reach and very responsive to feedback. Anyone who has the opportunity to work with this company is very fortunate. I highly recommend PHI for all jobs large or small.
