We have contracted this company for snowplowing for a couple of years.  The plowing was done adequately, though at times, it felt like we might have been the last on their list of plows because they would show up later than anticipated.  We will be choosing another company for the future.  Our decision is based upon the fact that the company had clipped our stone wall necessitating the replacement of a solitary stone.  I could have easily replaced it myself, however we felt it was the company's responsibility to repair it.  On March 19, I contacted the office manager who assured me that it would be taken care of in a three week time frame and we felt that was a reasonable amount of time.  On April 28, it was still not repaired so I inquired as to when it may be replaced and I was told the owner has been very busy.  On May 8, I was told the block was ordered and would be picked up the next day. It's now June 3 and we have heard nothing further from the company.  The whole experience has left a bad taste in our mouth and we will no longer be utilizing this company.
