Regal Pest Management, Inc. is fully licensed, insured and is a member of the National Pest Management Association and New York State Pest Management Association . Our company President, Eric Morse had also been appointed onto the board of directors for region 3 of the New York State Pest Management Association. Eric also has 16 years of industry experience, is an Associate Certified Entomologist and is a licensed certified pesticide applicator in New York and New Jersey. We provide commercial, industrial, and residential pest control to businesses and homes. Our company also offers pest control for food processing facilities, restaurants, schools, office buildings and many other types of commercial locations. I have been using Regal Pest for about a year now, and they have been fantastic.  Most recently, I called Eric (the owner) today about a small beehive my roofers found behind my gutters this week.  Eric spent several minutes explaining to me that most bee nests are seasonal and that the bees won't return year-after-year.  He explained different types of bees to me, and told me what to watch for when deciding whether or not I wanted them to come and spray this specific hive (versus giving me the "hard sell" for a service call and charging me to come out).  I decided not to have them come out, and Eric was happy with that.  I really like these guys, and this type of service conversation has happened in the past too - last month, a painter found a rotten window sill and photographed some insects that were living in the rotten wood.  I thought they were termites and was very concerned so I called Eric.  Eric actually had me text him the photos of the insects, told me they weren't termites and that they were harmless (but that I needed to replace the wood).  I trust these guys, and will continue to use them - they're knowledgeable and pleasant, and seem really to care about my property.

They provide a window of time for the appointment.  In 18 years, I can't remember a single lateness or no-show.  I started using Regal because that is who the previous owners used and I had no reason to change.  Therefore I am not familiar with other companies to be able to make a comparison.  The amount of the contract hasn't increased for quite a few years now.  I just had a professional home inspector report on the house and there were no issues with termites or other insects.

Regal has been on time and are very pleasant and professional. They look everywhere. They give you information if you have questions. They come once a year.
