Heating and Air Conditioning Service
The repairman/owner diagnosed the problem, went out to pick up the required part, and made the repair before the house turned into an icebox. Courteous and professional. Many mechanics don't listen to appliance issues when they're described by a woman. This is not the case with R&R. Honest and professional.
