+ -1 moreThey didn't install our system, but it kept breaking. The tech was able to figure out what was wrong and get it fixed under warranty. He is always very thorough. Though they are very busy, as they all are, he always calls if he is running late.
Description of Work: We have a contract with EAC that we pay annually. The price below is for the contract. They come out yearly and clean and check the system.
