"Duro electric provided this client with a detailed proposal to connect the kitchen equipment which included a stove top, a wall oven and a microwave. She excepted the proposal and duro electric installed the NEC required material and wiring methods. She called our company stating that a friend told her that the units should have "plug ends" instead of being hard wired to the wall. Duro explained that all installations were to national electric code standards yet if she would like plug ends we can install them at an additional cost. Again she excepted the additional cost and Duro installed the plug ends as requested. The additional cost was $321.87 not the $400.00 as stated above."
"Thank you very much. We at Duro electric look forward to working with you again."
