Terrible customer service. It’s been 35 days since the beginning of the job and still not completed. Left multiple text (messages) and multiple phone calls to come and finish job. Was promised they would finish last week. After initial quote and payment, worked stopped in middle of job to ask for more money. Agreed to increased cost and still job was left incomplete. Do not hire!!

Quote for stump grinding was requested and obtained. Owner requested underground wires be flagged by Udig/digsafe. Flags were completed on a Monday. After 3 unanswered text messages for scheduling, owner stated Friday. On Friday owner changed date to Tuesday. Tuesday came and went and no show from owner. Message was sent and response was “I forgot we will need to reschedule.” Asked when we could reschedule, no response. Thankfully I did not give any type of deposit before hand. Ryan’s tree service is unreliable and unprofessional.

Clean up was terrible. They left branches, etc a mess. They were in a hurry to get to next job. They removed one stump. Called 3 days later and said they were coming back to remove other tree stump and would be there in 2 hours. They never showed. No customer service. The person who cut tree down did do a good job and not hit the house.
