Matthew at the company responded quickly and sent his associate Sunny to do a small job requiring removing a burnt out 2-prong electrical outlet and replacing it with a 3-prong electrical outlet. Sunny arrived promptly as scheduled and completed the job. The outlet was needed to power an air conditioner. Will keep this company in mind for any future electrical work.

Very strange to get asked at the end of a service, ?Okay so what do you want to pay me?? and then get your offer pushed up by $200. Even though the initial phone quote was a fraction of the cost. Also not the company to go with if you care about attention to detail or damage to your property ! :(

Matthew was knowledgeable and courteous. He explained what he was doing. The only glitch was the final price. He was supposed to be giving an estimate prior to my acceptance of his services. However, finding the problem was tedious and he went ahead and fixed it once found and THEN told me the price. We did have to bargain a bit until we were both satisfied. Other than that, I was happy with his work.

He was good for what was needed. But he could use a little more artistic style n be neater when making cuts in light fixtures n make it look not cheaply done with big cuts in the light base. Just be a bit more precise n less sloppy.
