Robby's 24 Lock and Key

I called this company the night after we moved because we needed our locks rekeyed because we just moved into a new house. The lady on the phone told me the service call would cost $28 and the dead bolt would cost about $35 to change. The company was responsive and did come out on short notice, but when the locksmith got there he insisted that the deadbolt could not be rekeyed and needed to be changed. He took my Schlage deadbolt off and put on some no name brand and charged me $125 for what was a $25 retail deadbolt. Unfortunately I could not say no because I had to get the locks changed. The locksmith completely took advatange of me and I did not feel he was fair in the pricing. This was not an honest company and I would avoid using them at all cost.
