Had them clean our gutters. Something I've done for years, but am getting to old to climb high ladders! They were clean, quick and efficient. They even blew the branches off the flat parts of our roof and wiped off our skylights!

My garden was awful with lots dead plants. The previous tenant didn't do anything in 2 years. I started web searching and some were recommended. I contacted around 5 companies. None of them were professional as Latino. Job was wonderfully done and communication is amazing since I spoke with the managers directly. LOVED it and hired them on a weekly basis.

Patino Tapia is awesome. Fredy and his crew do a great job every week at our home maintaining the plants, gardens, and lawn. For special projects--like resurrecting out azalea bushes that Con-Ed had to dig out for a new pipe and failed to properly replant--they do a wonderful, thorough job. He understands plants and is also willing to talk you through different types of solution to problems (most eco-friendly, budget-friendly, etc.). Suffice it to say, we're very happy with our service.

Fredy Patino provides exceptional service.  He is reliable, reasonable, efficient and knowledgeable.  He comes when he says he is going to come.  He is cost conscious and considerate when it comes to the purchase of materials as well as alternative ways of proving service.  For example, mindful that our water comes from a pump, Fredy has spared that pump by revamping an old, portable electric pump and uses it to pump water from our ponds to nurture trees and garden plants.  He determines when it makes sense to buy bagged mulch versus to arrange for a delivery by the yard. Fredy is familiar with the growth habits of plants and knows when to prune and when to wait.  He is conscientious about feeding perennials, including roses.  He has a good eye and partners with us on garden design and layout.  He has, without supervision, built the wood framework for steps down a hill as well as a boardwalk through a marshy area.  

Finally, Fredy is trustworthy and scrupulously honest.  He tracks his hours, provides receipts for purchases, and can work independently. We trust him to maintain our property while we are on vacation and at our summer home.

Fredy is a pleasure to work with.  He is professional and always arrives on time.  He is honest and his prices are very reasonable.  He has gone above and beyond, showing me and my husband what types of plants to purchase and how to maintain our lawn.  We are first time home buyers and when we purchased our home our property was a mess!  Over grown plants, poison ivy, barely any grass and tons of weeds.  In only 3 months our property has transformed!  Our neighbors are constantly complimenting us and we now feel safe in our own backyard. He has not only fixed our lawn but he has designed a lovely garden and will also be installing a fence in the upcoming weeks.  If you want to be sure that you are getting great service for a great price from a trustworthy person, I would highly recommend Patino-Tapia!
