handyman service
 + -1 more. Best, most careful workmen we have ever engaged. Reasonably priced, accommodating and each of his people took pride in their work.
Description of Work: They repaired and painted wood portico, repairs aluminum garage door trim, painted interior and some exterior, lifted carpets, buffed and stained floors, installed window shades. Luis Zuniga is responsive, shows up when he says he will, brings the right talent to do the work, supervises the work (he does much himself but when he brings in others he shows up at inception, at least once during the day and at the end. We've never seen workmen who are so careful and clean up so well at the end of the day. When they did the floors in the living room and dining rooms, they moved all of our furniture, nothing was damaged and they cleaned each piece of furniture when they moved it back-floors create a lot of dust but they cleaned up completely and the place looked great. Luis has all sorts of skills on tap and assures that the job gets real craftsmen.
