Alan Harmon did all of the work himself and was a pleasure to work with. He is very professional and the quality of the work was excellent.  He did it all on time and was pretty much right on with his estimate. We are using him for some additional work in the future.  Highly recommended!

Excellent quality work and craftsmanship

Upon receiving my e-mail, they called to arrange to see the job.   They then came over and gave an estimate of the cost.  The cost was reasonable and Alan seemed like a person that was trustworthy and whom I could work with.  On the agreed upon date, they arrived in the morning. The work was performed quickly and smoothly.  They measured the area that needed to be replaced; went to Home Depot for the materials and replaced the rotted area.  The cost came in exactly as estimated.

We bought our house about 8 years ago and since it is over 70 years old most projects tend to be more complicated than it ought to be.  Both Andy Marchini and Alan Harmon are extremely adept at translating our needs into a specific scope of work and getting the job done within the budget we set.  When a problem arises, as it often does with our house, we've always been given great advice on our options (and costs) on how to proceed.
Andy and Alan keep the work site very clean during all phases of repair/construction, which is very important since we have small children.  They are extremely trustworthy and we allow them to come and go as needed.
We can only say good things about these guys.  Their work is excellent and they truly care about how things turn out.
We wholeheartedly recommend them for any job.
