Excellent work, timely arrival, very professional appearance and behavior, promptly completed, and extremely clean and neat in work ( and appearance). Not cheap, but a fair price for the quality and timeliness of the job,

They were great! Donovan Plumbing responded immediately to our urgent call about a leak in our pipes. They came that same day and made an excellent repair. Then they returned to determine the extent of the work that needed to be done. They were able to repair numerous pipes to prevent leaks in the future. We are most grateful for their honest appraisal of the work that needed to be done, and we will always call them first with any future problems that may arise.

Fantastic- Sink was in a difficult spot. Work was done on-time an on-budget. Neat job, very professional and prompt. A couple of back-and-froths on the phone to set up the appointment, on account of Donovan being so busy- worth chasing them down.

The water lines to the half-bath that are prone to freezing were capped off, allowing water to be restored to the adjacent kitchen.

They fixed the boiler that is used to heat  a small store. It turns out that due to a surge of electiricy many parts of the boiler were blown out.  They diagnosed the issue and then had to  order new parts. But they  were able resolve the problem in one day.

The appointment was scheduled within a reasonable time, they arrived on time, and completed the job quickly and efficently (and successfully, the item was recovered in good condition).

The work was done over the course of two days. A lot of problems came up during the job. They were very conscious of my budget throughout the job. I was very satisfied especially since the cost was $5,000 and that was with complications. It's good to know that this provider is a one-man show so he is very busy and not the easiest person to get a hold of, but he will get back to you and he is available for emergencies and he doesn't charge extra for them. Overall, I like him!

It went great with them. They were punctual and clean. They explained everything. They were very knowledgeable.

Our water heater broke / leaked one night. We called Donovan plumbing on the adivce of a neighbor. After we arranged for them to come and check out the situation, I checked Angie's List and saw some negative reviews. They came so recommended from the neighbor though and my husband said both the phone and quote process was good, so we bit the bullet and moved forward with working with them. They were courteous, efficient and cleaned up nicely. We got a brand-new water heater, lots of communication from the office and we were all done from the first phone call to the installers walking out the door in less than 6 hours. Really positive experience. They do get a B on the price - it's on the high side for sure - but we're beyond happy that they responded and acted so quickly.

HE WAS A LITTLE BIT ON THE PRICY SIDE, WHICH ALL PLUMBERS ARE. HE HAD TO COME TWICE. HE OMITTED SOMETHING. HE LEFT ME IN THE DARK ABOUT SOMETHING AND HAD TO COME BACK AND TELL ME THE SECOND TIME AROUND. I DON'T KNOW WHY HE DIDN'T FILL ME IN ON THE OVERALL ISSUE.
