The problem with chris is he doesn't know when to admit he doesn't know how to do something. We have spent a lot of money through the years correcting what he did wrong. Who puts roofing nails in shingle that will rust and bleed on the shingle? Level of sconces off, steps not even, sheet rocking sub par as was painting. Ordered wrong type of windows. Bad patio. I could go on and on. Don't know if he has improved through the years but I will never use him again. He always gives a low number so you'll go with him and then can't live up to it and starts cutting corners.
