TRI-STATE CARPET CONNECTIONS

Absolutely the worst. I purchased carpet two years ago. Now the carpet is not laying flat and is wavy to look at. My wife and I stopped at the store and was told someone would get back to us. Nobody ever did. We stopped in again and the same thing happened. My wife called three or four times ans was told each time that she was put on list and would get a call in a few days. Alost 3 months went by and same thing over and over. We were finally forced to get in touch with G. Fried Carpets and they sent someone to fix the problem on the next day. The people at TriState are liars and are only interested in selling you the carpet. Once they have your money good luck in getting them to respond to any problems. Worst customer service ever!!! If you do not heed my advice then good luck to you. There are many more reputable palces to go with much better customer service. I will never do business with these people and I will spread the word to as many people as possible to avoid at all costs.
