We ended up not using them because we had a scheduled appointment set for someone to come and measure and when they were 45 minutes late I called and was told they had other unexpected customers that came into the store that morning and they would be there when they could. My time is just as important as theirs and I told them if they were that undependable for the initial visit I couldn't trust what the future would have been like.

The technician arrived and pulled back the existing carpet in the first area and observed that I still had trouble installing my metal closet doors. He ask if he could try and he was able to install them without trouble. He was even able to install the rest of the doors without pulling the carpet back. Although I felt inept because of my inability to install the doors, it was wonderful to have someone take the time to assess the situation and go above and beyond for their customer.

The selection process was flawless. They have a large showroom and Paul listened to our needs and gave us plenty of information without a high-pressure sales pitch. I was very happy with the product, but I feel $4 a square foot was a bit too high. But maybe that is the price for quality and dependable installation. I'd probably use them again, because they were one of the few contractors I've had in my house over the years with whom I had zero problems. Come to think of it, that's well worth the extra 50 cents a square foot.

They came highly recommended to me, and I can see why. I had them come out and install 3 bedrooms for me. They also custom made 4 bathroom mats. My favorite is the beautiful antique rug that I got for a very low price.

THE FLOORING INSTALLATION WAS VERY GOOD. THE GUYS ON THE WORK CREW WERE A LITTLE ROUGH MANNERED, BUT ALL IN ALL IT WASN'T THAT BAD. THAT PART OF THE FLOOR GETS THE MOST USAGE, BUT SO FAR IT HAS WITHSTOOD THE ABUSE.

THEY WERE VERY GOOD, AND I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN. I HAVE USED THEM IN THE PAST, AND I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN. THE PEOPLE WERE VERY HELPFUL AND VERY DEDICATED. THEY CAME AND TALKED TO US. THEY SHOWED US SAMPLES. THEY CAME TO THE HOUSE. WE WENT TO THE OFFICE. IT WAS A VERY GOOD RELATIONSHIP WITH VERY GOOD PEOPLE.
