OUTSTANDING!! Five years ago we hired Denis to remove old carpets and refinish wood floors on our bedroom floor. We could not do all the rooms because we need places to store the furniture. The work Denis and his crew did was amazing! So, this year we had Denis back to do the same thing in one of the rooms we could not access last time, and Denis and his crew were fantastic again. We will use Denis and Accurate Floor Service any time we need floor work done. Thank you Denis!

Denis and his entire crew were professional, knowledable, and friendly. They answered all my questions, pointed out problem areas and offered solutions. They arrived promptly in the morning, gave me an update at the end of each day and always communicated what the plan for the next day would be. We are so happy we decided to go with Accurate Floor Service. Dennis and his crew's quality of work was efficient and timely. He also had an impeccable attention to detail. They installed flooring for our first floor living room, which originally had somewhat of an uneven concrete. They made what seemed to be an impossible job look easy. They also did our bedroom flooring on top of some hideous tiles. Both rooms came out beautiful! Denis's quote was comparable to the other 3 quotes I received. Denis was very patient and visited the site several times to ease my concerns. He worked with me to help me choose the right hardwood. I called Denis of Accurate Floor Service to sand and stain the wood deck at our house. (This was the second project that Denis did work for us. Before we moved in, he refinished the wood floors of the house and did an excellent job.) We are very satisfied with the refinished wood deck. Denis explained the process and promptly completed the project. The appearance of the deck (which was in poor condition) is much improved. The wood deck should now be preserved for years. I strongly recommend Accurate Floor Service.

Dennis was incredibly responsive. He ALWAYS promptly replied to all calls, texts, emails etc.  He was right on time for all appointments.  He started and finished the work exactly on schedule and exactly on budget.  His work was first rate in all respects.  He was very neat and clean and worked hard to clean up all of the dust.  There was no dust anywhere else in the house.  We were so comfortable with him that we left him alone in the house to do his work.  One of the best experiences we have had with any contractor.  We can't recommend him more.

Denis and his associates did an excellent job.  They removed the scratches, etc. on the floor surfaces which now look great. Denis is a friendly and skilled professional.  On his second visit, Denis was able to do the work in the evening on short notice to finish before furniture arrived at the house. 
If you want any work done related to wood floors in a home, office, etc., I strongly recommend using Accurate Floor Surface..

Awesome!  I researched several flooring firms on Angie's and several seemed very good.  However, Denis stood out as far and away the best!  No contest.  It wasn't even a close call.  If you are going to have your floors done, get Denis.

I reached out to Denis for this project as other folks on Angie's list had given him stellar reviews, and noted that he had worked with old pine floors and done a beautiful job. A thank you to the Angie's community for taking the time to write reviews.
The process of doing the estimate was very easy, and Denis and his crew clearly had lots of experience with difficult old wood, and they were willing to work with me to address our specific needs.
This was a very tricky installation with the wide pine planks and the narrow oak planks. The pine was very worn and there was not quite enough original oak to finish the bedrooms. Denis and his crew were experienced with similar difficult old wood, and had a can-do attitude about all the challenges with the wood. They laid down the pine successfully, even though it had many challenges, did a beautiful job sanding it, and finishing it.
For the oak floors, they successfully wove in some new oak planks which look beautiful with the old oak.
One of the bedrooms will be used partially as a small dance studio, and I had specific requests about how to finish that floor with the proper friction. Again, Denis and his crew were more than happy to find ways to make the finish work for my needs.
The wide pine planks and the oak floors turned out absolutely gorgeous. They did a beautiful job. Denis and his crew communicated easily and quickly, were professional, on-time, pleasant to work with, and willing to address all my detailed requests.  A big thank you to Denis and his crew!  We love our floors!!!

Denis is a pleasure to work with.  He is punctual, responsive and professional in every way, plus he's a nice guy!  He and his team did a great job. We ordered the materials based on his measurements, and they installed. The whole procedure was so smooth. The floors look fabulous, and he took extra care with finishing touches such as the molding and saddles. We highly recommend him!

We are so thrilled with how our floors turned-out.  Denis and his team are friendly and professional and so good at their work!  They showed-up exactly when they said they would, sanded an area and showed us several different stains so we could pick the one we liked and worked hard to finish the floors in record time so we could move back into our house.  The floors turned out even better than we expected, considering that they are 85 years old and had some damaged spots. They look absolutely beautiful!  I would recommend Denis and his team to anyone.  We are going to use them again to refinish our upstairs bedrooms!

They provided a competitive estimate, arrived when stated and work was done with great detail.  They were polite, hardworking and moved all the furniture and were very attentive to doing a professional job. They took pride in their work, re-sanded an area and were able to remove the pet stain that apparently had been hidden by carpeting and even came back to re-sand an area that is heavily trafficked.  I would hire them again without hesitation.

After my initial voicemail to Denis, I got a call back a few hours later (uncommon, right?), we set up a time for a few days later and, like clockwork, Denis was there. We did a run-through of the house and what needed to get done, he threw out a few good ideas and an extremely fair price and I told him I'd get in touch in a few weeks when some other pieces of the renovation puzzle came together.
A few weeks later, we set up a start date and, again like clockwork, he and his crew were there when they said they'd be. The whole gang is extremely courteous, professional and friendly. And they do good work.
Long story short, we were extremely pleased with Denis, the work he and his guys did, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

Denis Frawley from Accurate Floor Service is extremely professional. He accurately measured our flooring requirement, suggested where he would procure the hardwood from, arranged for the materials to be delivered two days prior to the installation so the wood to acclimate to our home before installing. He and his crew arrived at exactly 7:45am the day of installation and quickly got to work. They moved all the furniture out carefully, ensuring neither the furniture nor the walls were damaged in any way. They took a lot of care to ensure all the work was done properly. 
The hardwood was installed quickly, properly and extremely well. They finished 900 Sq ft. of work in a day and a half - half a day ahead of schedule. The move back of the furniture was done as carefully as before, they cleaned up and put things back as they should have. 
Extremely pleased with how they went about the work, completed in a professional way and stopped to ask questions around any doubts etc. We couldn't have asked for a better outcome than what Denis and his team did. 5 guys, less than two days, 900 sq ft. of new hardwood flooring - one satisfied customer. Well done Denis & team!
