Pleasant experience from initial contact to delivery and installation. I wish I could give Lori 10 stars. From initial contact to completion of this project, this was a fabulous experience. Needed to have blinds installed in my family room. Lori help me design the perfect look for my room at a price that was well within my budget. The day of installation Lori and her husband Tom and a helper also named Tom showed up exactly on time. In no time at all they had all 9 blinds installed. I would not hesitate to use this company again or recommend them to someone else.

Fantastic job! Lori consulted us before Christmas and came with a lot of great ideas. We decided to wait until after the holidays and we did not feel rushed at all. Lori followed up a couple of months later, and we were able to place an order and have the install done within a few weeks. Our new shades look perfect and we are thrilled with the job Tom did. Lori and Tom are wonderful to work with and very patient. They sat with us, showing us all our options. We chose what we wanted, although we didn't order anything. About a month later we totally changed our minds and Lori came back to go over our new selections. We are so glad that they didn't pressure us and we love our shades and blinds. We get compliments all the time. Highly recommend.

Lori was great when she came to measure and give me an estimate. She brought samples of blinds and made suggestions but didn't push at all. Tom installed the blinds in no time and was very neat. They are both nice people and I would highly recommend using them for any project that needs to be done.

Lori and Tom were very knowledgeable and patient while we reviewed our options. On install they were super amazing, after installing our new shades they installed our old shades to a new location. Lori and Tom are a dynamic duo. Lori did the initial consultation and then Tom joined her for the install. They were very respectful of my new home when I asked them to either cover or remove their shoes. In addition, when we hit a bump in the road due to a manufacturing issue at the factory they were very accommodating.

This was pleasurable from start to finish!!! Laurie and Tom were fantastic! Communication was prompt all the way through, and they delivered as they promised and more. Laurie listened to exactly what we wanted and guided us through the selection process expertly and w/o pressure. Tom and Laurie quickly and professionally installed the blinds and valances, cleaning up completely during and after the installation.
