Xtreme Wireless Inc

They started me out with salesman number 1 who told me there were no fees, no hidden charges, no nothing,zero nada. He promised the service was unlimited talk, text, and INTERNET for $45 a month. I operate on the principle that people are honest and legitimate so I let him have my phone. He canceled my verizon account, and ported my phone to page plus service. Then he disappeared and salesman 2 hit me with surprise charges and what was supposed to cost $45 now was $102. My friend was with me and she heard the promises and after talking later, told me that i was lied to and it was not my mistake. I got the bait and switch, when they put me in a vulnerable position now having my service cut off. Next, i was told never pay my bill anywhere but there at their store. I talked to the page plus corporate and these guys have deceived me and made promises that were not true, such as unlimited INTERNET- it is not- it is 20mb per month. Next, salesman 2 asked for $40 more for getting me a discount with verizon, stating they would reduce my early termination penalty. UPDATE *verizon would not reduce the early termination fee as they claimed at Xtreme wireless- another thing they said which proved to be false* SHADY SHADY SHADY. They refused to give any paperwork what so ever and leaving you with no idea what service you really have or what it covers. The corporate page plus explained to me there IS a roaming charge which xtreme wireless denied. I do not recommend people who lie to you they will bait and switch. If you don't believe it, go there with a tape recorder so you can play it back because they are professionals in the art of deceit.
